Q. How much is shipping?

Shipping in the USA is a flat rate of $6.00 USD and shipping out of the country is a flat rate of $25.00 USD.

Q. What are the pieces made of?

The hardware is made of either copper, brass, 14k gold filled or silver. The main stones used in the designs are various types of freshwater pearls sourced from different countries in Asia. Accent gemstones are mostly garnet, amethyst, hematite, ruby, lapis, tourmaline, carnelian, quartz, amazonite and the like.

Q. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

We can only make an exception if the item is defective or damaged. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage/defect and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
