Q. How much is shipping?

Shipping in the USA is a flat rate of 6.00usd and shipping out of the country is a flat rate of 25.00usd.

Q. What are the pieces made of?

The hardware is made of either copper, brass, 14k gold filled or silver. The main stones used in the designs are various types of freshwater pearls sourced from different countries in Asia. Accent gemstones are mostly garnet, amethyst, hematite, ruby, lapis, tourmaline, carnelian, quartz, amazonite and the like.

Q. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns simply because a customer no longer wants the items. As a small business owner and a startup artist, I do not accept returns due to time spent, material costs and other expenses on my part. Everything is handmade so it is expected for the pieces to show some asymmetry.

In the event of a broken product or a wrong item being sent (which is a fault of mine), I will accept a return. As soon as I receive the product I will either issue a refund or send a replacement of the broken or wrong item — whichever you prefer.
