Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and returns.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.

Domestic (USA) shipping is a flat rate of $6.00. International shipping is a flat rate of $25.00.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

If an item arrives defective, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us. Defective returns are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives broken or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you individually to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Because orders ship quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us right away and we will cancel the order if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under our standard return policy.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of $25.00. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We currently accept:

Product Guarantee

Each piece is handmade and inspected before it ships. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship — if a piece arrives defective, it's covered under our Damaged or Defective Goods policy above.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide customer support, such as your name, shipping address, email, and order details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers) or process payment (Stripe).

Our site uses essential cookies to keep your session and shopping cart working. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Thea Sophia Design, you agree to these policies in full. All jewelry is handmade, so slight variations in color, size, and shape between the photos and the finished piece are normal and part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
